>> Events Make Nepal Rabies Free “World rabies Day-2009” is going to be celebrated on September 20 (7:00 to 9:30 AM) with the active participation of veterinary faculties and students of IAAS. Its theme is to “Make Nepal Rabies Free” through Antirabies Prophylaxis on stray as well as owned dogs and cats at: Lions Chowk, Bharatpur; District Livestock Office, Chitwan; Aaptandi, Bharatpur; Rampur Bazar, Rampur and Animal Livestock Service Office and Tandi, Ratnagar. The major organizers of the event are Veterinary Teaching Hospital, IAAS, Rampur; Nepal Veterinary Association Chitwan-Chapter; District Livestock Service Office, Chitwan. The programs are sponsored by Bharatpur Municipality, Chitwan; District Development Committee, Chitwan; Ratnagar Municipality, Tandi, Chitwan and Lions Club of Chitwan Central. IAAS Website Launched On the auspicious occasion of 53rd IAAS Day, Prof. Sundar Man Shrestha, Dean launched the newly updated IAAS website. The Asst.
